Mark has advised on pretty much everything and guided us through the process and what we needed to do with regards every aspect of laying our dearest friend to rest. He is empathetic, kind and generous with his time and making sure everything was perfect for her family and friends. You could not be in better hands with Mark. Village undertakers (Robert) provided an excellent service, Robert dealt with everything in a very professional manner from the moment mum passed away right through to organizing the wake. The Coffin, flowers, the service at the Crematorium were second to none, all done with the respect and professionalism that was required but also with a very calm and respectful atmosphere.

I was looked after by Janice at the Westcliff office. She is fabulous and held my hand through the whole process. Thank you Janice!

On behalf of my family I would like to say thank-you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful care we received from Albany after the loss of our dear dad.  Dad was not a religious man and we were looking for something a bit different to the norm to send him off properly and in a way that would have worked for him. From the first call, Albany,  led by Jo, were so kind and caring and helped us to think outside the box. Nothing was too much trouble with the whole package built bespoke to us and our dad. Everything was delivered professionally and efficiently and by quality professionals - from the celebrant, the team, the music and the glorious venue - all made the day incredibly special and one that dad would definitely have approved of.  Thanks to our experience,  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this delightful Company to guide the recently bereaved to provide the final journey that their loved one would have been proud of. Everyone involved in the organisation of the funeral were extremely kind, efficient and helpful. Gavin was excellent in everything he said he would do and did. It certainly helped my brother and I to get through it all.
